How to upload multiple individual customers

1. Select 'Customers' from the left-hand side menu, then choose 'Individual' on the Coastr Car and Van Hire Software.

2. Click on 'CREATE MULTIPLE' to start adding multiple individual customers at once.

3. From the options, select the 'Individual Customers' template. The file will automatically be downloaded to your computer.

4. Open the downloaded template file and enter all necessary customer details such as names, contact information, and any other required data. Ensure that all the fields are filled out accurately to avoid errors during the upload process.

5. Once you've entered the customer details, save the file and return to the Coastr web app.

6. Click on 'BROWSE' to find the saved template file with customer information. Select the file to prepare for uploading.

7. Click on 'Upload' to complete the upload process. The system will process the data, and all the customer details from the template file will be successfully uploaded to the platform.

8. Once the upload is complete, you can view all the individual customers in the Individual Customers section on the platform.
