How to upload multiple business customers

1. Select 'Customers' from the left-hand side menu, and from the dropdown, choose 'Business' on the Car and Van Rental Platform.

2. Click on 'CREATE MULTIPLE' to begin adding multiple business customers.

3. Once you click on this option, select 'Business Customers', and the CSV file for uploading business customer details will be downloaded automatically to your computer.

4. Open the downloaded CSV file, and enter all necessary information for each business customer, including their contact details, payment information, and other relevant data. Ensure that all fields are correctly filled out to avoid any issues during the upload process.

5. After saving the updated file, return to the Coastr web app. Click 'BROWSE' to locate and upload the saved file with the business customer information.

5. Click 'Upload' to start the upload process. The system will process the data, and all business customers from the CSV file will be successfully added to the platform.

6. Once the upload is complete, you can view the newly added business customers in the Business Customers section on the platform.

 

This process streamlines the bulk addition of business customers to the platform.
