      How to upload multiple vehicles to your fleet

      Select 'Fleet' from the left side menu and from the dropdown, select 'Fleet Inventory' on the Car and Van Hire Software.

      2. Click on the 'Create Multiple' option to begin the process.

      3. Download the 'vehicles' CSV by clicking on the appropriate link, and refer to the frog diagram CSV to view the available frog diagrams for vehicles that you can enter.

      4. Enter the required details for each vehicle in the fleet inventory, including vehicle type, frog diagram, and other essential information. After entering the details, save the file to your local system.

      5. Once the file is saved, return to the Coastr web app. Select 'BROWSE' to locate the saved CSV file and upload it to the system.

      6. Click 'Upload' to proceed with the upload. The system will process the information, and all the vehicles from the CSV file will now be successfully added to the fleet inventory.

      By following these steps, you’ve successfully bulk-uploaded vehicles into the fleet inventory, saving you time and streamlining the process.
