      [Unable to log in] - Trouble Shooting

      If you have trouble logging into your Coastr account please follow the below instructions and you'll be able to get access in no time.

      Check if the email address has any upper cases /correct spelling, our login page is case sensitive.

       
      • Are there any upper cases /full stops/spaces after the end of the email address?

      • On the log in page, click Reset Password (highlighted in orange)
      • Follow on-screen instructions
      • Once the password is changed try logging in.
