      June 2025 Product Updates – New Tools to Optimise Your Rental Operations

      Hero Updates – For Operational Management Software

      1. Smarter Driver Allocation with Shifts (Logistics Portal)
      Automatic Driver allocation for tasks is now based on shift availability, helping ensure drivers are assigned tasks accurately based on their availability.

      2. Vehicle Location on Vehicle Group Card
      Operators can now view a vehicle’s latest location directly while making a booking—ideal for managing one-way rentals. Simply enable it under Organisation Settings.

      3. Enhanced Service Module
      New sub-categories for Ad-hoc & Emergency vehicle services make classifying service types easier and more detailed.

      4. VAT/TAX on Service Add-ons
      Operators can now apply VAT/TAX to service-type add-ons (previously available only for product-type add-ons).

       

      Hero Updates – For Customer Portal Max

      1. Vehicle Checklist in the Customer App
      Vehicle Checklists now appear in the customer mobile app, improving transparency for self-service bookings and vehicle pickups/drop-offs.

      2. Offline Mode for Driver Tasks & Supplier Portal
      Vehicle checks can now be done offline (by both external partners and internal drivers) on the supplier and operator mobile apps. Data syncs automatically when you're back online—great for low-connectivity areas.

      Other Enhancements

      • Driver Shift module now added within the Policy permissions

      • New fuel-type (PHEV & MHEV) options added under vehicle specification

      • Task Tracking Map for operational oversight

      • Add-ons/non-vehicle assets now displayed on the Booking Management page

      • Multiple improvements related to sending consolidated invoices to Xero

      📲 Updates for Customer & Partner Portals

      • Localisation and wording refinements for Hebrew & Turkish languages on the Customer App

      • Ability for Drivers to update their availability on the Coastr for Partners App

      • Minor frog diagram improvements on both apps
