# How to view the Available Credit Balance?
## View the Available Credit Note Balance & the Credit Notes History for both individual & business customers
1. To **view the Available Credit Note Balance** for an **Individual Customer**, go to Customers and click on Individual on the Car and Van Management Software
2. Click on the individual customer whose Available Credit Note Balance you’d like to view.
3. At the top of the customer's details, you’ll be able to see the customer’s Available Credit Note Balance.
4. To view the customer’s Credit Notes History, scroll down the same page and you’ll see all the history of credit notes for the customer.
That’s it! This is how you view the credit note available balance and history of an individual customer. To see how to view the same for a business customer, follow the next steps.
5. To view the Available Credit Note Balance for a Business Customer, go to Customers and click on Business.
6. Click on the business customer whose Available Credit Note Balance you’d like to view.
7. Next, click on the tab above that says Credit Note History.
8. That’s it! This is how you view the credit note available balance and history of a business customer.
