How to view the source of a booking or a quote?

Step 1: To view the source of a booking or a quote, go to Bookings in the left-hand side navigation on the Car and Van Rental Software. This will take you to the bookings table, where you can see a list of all current and past bookings.

Step 2: On the Bookings table, you will notice a new column called ‘Channel’. This column indicates the source of the booking or quote. It will display one of the following options:

• ‘Web App’ means the booking was created through the web application.
• ‘Website’ means the booking was made via the website, typically from the customer-facing portal.
• ‘Mobile App’ means the booking originated from the White Labelled Mobile App.

By checking this column, you can easily identify where each booking or quote was sourced from, providing you with a clearer overview of the performance of different platforms and channels. This helps with tracking the success of your marketing efforts and understanding customer preferences.
