How to use the Configuration Centre in Settings to configure settings on the Vehicle Scheduler?

To relabel or hide events in the Vehicle Scheduler, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Settings from the navigation tab and select Configuration Centre in the Car and Van Rental Software. This is where you can manage all key configuration options for vehicle scheduler/service for your organisation and its branches.

Step 2: Next, choose the organisation you wish to modify, and then select the specific branch where you want to relabel or hide an event in the vehicle scheduler. Each branch can have its own unique configuration. 

Step 3: Within the configuration settings, locate the section where the event labels are listed. You can easily edit a label by typing your preferred name or description in the corresponding column. This allows you to customise how events appear in the vehicle scheduler. 

Step 4: To hide an event, simply turn off the visibility toggle next to that event. Once disabled, the event will no longer appear in the vehicle scheduler for that branch.

Step 5: After completing your relabelling or visibility changes, click Save to update your settings. 

Step 6: Your vehicle scheduler will automatically refresh with the newly saved configurations.
