How to upload a PCO vehicle using the bulk upload CSV for UK vehicles?

Step 1: Click on Fleet and select Fleet Inventory in the Car and Van Software. 

Step 2: Click on Manage Vehicle in the top right corner, and select 'Create Multiple'  from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to download two CSV files: one for vehicle upload and another for frog diagram reference. These files help ensure all required vehicle details are captured correctly.

Step 4: Download both files to your local system by clicking on them.

Step 5: Open the vehicle upload CSV and enter the details for each vehicle, including the PCO Number and PCO Expiry Date. Refer to the frog diagram CSV and copy-paste the diagram that best matches each vehicle.

Step 6: After entering all vehicle details, save the completed file on your system to prepare it for upload.

Step 7: Return to the fleet inventory and click Create Multiple again.

Step 8: Click Browse to select the saved CSV file from your device.

Step 9: Click Upload to complete the bulk upload process.

That’s it! You have now successfully uploaded multiple PCO vehicles for the UK.
