How to update or change the Branch Operating Hours/Days in the Settings?

Step 1: Click on Settings and then Organisation (named Locations for a US account) on the left-hand navigation menu. 

Step 2: Next, click on your Organisation name and then the Branch tab. 

Step 3: Scroll down the page to see the Branch List. 

Step 4: Select the relevant branch by clicking on the box next to the branch name and then click on the Update button on the right, to edit this branch's settings. 

Step 5: Now, scroll up the page to see the Operating Hours for this branch. 

Step 6: Click on any day as required to edit. You can mark an entire day as closed by clicking the toggle for 'Closed day' or edit the 'Working hours' or 'Pick-up hours' or 'Drop-off hours' as required. When ready, click on the Done button. Repeat this step for any other day if required. 

Step 7: Once done, scroll down the page and click on the Save button to confirm the changes. 

You should have now updated your Operating Hours/Days for the branch successfully. These changes will also automatically reflect on your booking website or mobile app if you have one for your customers.
