Step 1: Select ‘Bookings’ from the left side menu of the Car and Van Rental Software. This will direct you to the list of current bookings.
Step 2: Select the booking that needs to be updated and click on ‘UPDATE’ to begin the editing process for that booking.
Step 3: You can now update the booking according to your preference. Make the necessary changes, such as modifying the dates, vehicle, or any other booking details.
Step 4: Once the changes are made, select ‘CONTINUE’ to save the updates you’ve made to the booking. This ensures all changes are recorded.
Step 5: If any additional add-ons need to be updated, you can adjust them as required. Afterward, click ‘CONTINUE’ to proceed with the add-on updates.
Step 6: Confirm the customer name for accuracy. It’s important that the correct details are reflected for both the customer and the booking.
Step 7: Finally, select ‘CONFIRM’ to complete the update and save all the changes. This ensures the booking is now updated with the new details.
