      How to sign up on the Customer mobile app for a new account?

      Step 1: Open the app once you have downloaded the Customer mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. 


      Step 2: Click on 'Account' to go to the Account screen. 


      Step 3: On this screen, you'll see three options: 

      1. Get Started - Use this option to immediately start creating a booking 
      2. Already have an account? - Use this option to log in to your existing account with your username and password 
      3. Register Now - Use this option to sign up for a new account by providing your personal information like First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Once you've entered these details and clicked on the Proceed button, you will get an email with the login credentials for you to be able to log in to the account 


      Step 4: This is your unique login detail for this customer mobile app and can be used to log in and upload driving licence details in the Account section as well as to create a new booking or view existing/past bookings in the Trips section.
