How to show the ‘Actual Vehicle Pick-up / Drop-off’ details on Agreements.

You can now to show the ‘Actual Vehicle Pick-up / Drop-off’ details on the Rental and Subscription Agreements.

Rental Agreement:

Step 1: Click on settings and select the ‘Rental Agreement’ option on the Car and Van Rental Software.

Step 2: On the ‘Individual Customer’ tab, click on the desired organisation to edit the label name.

Step 3: Now, select the desired branch name to display multiple sections on the Rental Agreement.

Step 4: Click on the settings icon under 'Current Vehicle Details' and/or 'Previous Vehicle Details'

Step 5: Select 'Actual Vehicle Pickup' and 'Actual Vehicle DropOff'

Step 6: Scroll down and click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

Step 7: To edit the label name of the Rental agreement for business customers, click on the ‘Business Customers’ tab and repeat the above steps.

You could also use the preview button to view the changes.

Subscription Agreement:

Step 1: Click on settings and select the ‘Subscription Agreement’ option on the Car and Van Rental Software.

That’s it. You have successfully changed or updated the field name in the Rental Agreement for individual and business customers.
