1. Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation, click on Organisation and then select an organisation on the Car and Van Management Software.
2. Click on the Branch tab on the top.
3. Scroll down to the Branch List table, select the Branch for which you want to add the Vehicle Preparation Time to and click on the Update button on top-right corner.
4. Scroll back up to see the Branch Details populate. Now, click on the dropdown of the Vehicle Preparation Time and select an option between 15 minutes and 6 hours.
5. Scroll down slightly and click on the Save button to save the changes to the branch.
6. That’s it, you have now set up the Vehicle Preparation Time for your selected branch. Repeat steps 3-5 if you want to set this up for any additional branches. Once, the Vehicle Preparation Time is set, the turnaround time between two bookings for the same vehicle will be the time you set as the Vehicle Preparation Time. The system will not accept bookings before the Vehicle Preparation Time has passed and the vehicle group field will say ‘Group Not Found’.
