Step 1: Select Customers from the menu and click on Business Customers in the Car and Van Rental Software. This will take you to the list of your business customers.

Step 2: From the list of business customers, select the customer you wish to set up a service schedule for. This will open the customer's profile.

Step 3: Once the profile is open, scroll down to find the option ‘Override Service Schedule’. This option allows you to adjust or set a specific service schedule for the selected customer.

Step 4: Select the desired duration for the service schedule. You can choose from various timeframes depending on how frequently the service is needed. Be sure to choose the duration that best fits the customer’s requirements.
Step 5: After selecting the desired service schedule duration, click on Save to update the changes. This will apply the new service schedule to the business customer's profile.
That’s it! You have successfully set a vehicle service schedule for your business customer, ensuring that they receive the required services at the appropriate times.
