How to schedule a service for a vehicle?

Prerequisites: Before proceeding with creating a service, it's essential to ensure that your Partners/Service Provider details are uploaded onto the system. Follow the provided steps (1-3) to input your Partner information. If you've already completed this step, please proceed to Step 4.

Step 1 : Locate and click on "Partners" on the left pane on the Web App.

Step 2 : Click on "Create", and fill in all the details of the Service Provider.

Step 3 : Fill in the details of the Service Provider and click on “Save”. 

Now, to schedule a service vehicle, follow the below steps

Step 4: Click on “Fleet” on the navigation pane on the left, locate and click on “Service” in the drop down.

Step 5 : Click on “Create”.

Step 6: Fill in the basic information of the Service provider and the vehicle.

Step 7: Now, scroll down the same page to find “Job Sheet”, where you can add service details of vehicles and their respective amounts. Similarly, you can also upload Insurance details, Purchase order or other related documents on service. This step is not mandatory.

Step 8: Click on “Save” once you have filled in all desired details.

Step 9: You should have now successfully created a service schedule for the vehicle.
