How to hide vehicle groups on the website and mobile app?

You can now hide specific vehicle groups from the booking website and customer mobile app.

Step 1: Go to the Pricing tab and select Group & Price in the Car and Van Rental Software. This will allow you to manage pricing and vehicle groups available for customers.

Step 2: From the available options, select the vehicle groups that you would like to hide from the website. You can choose multiple groups if necessary.

Step 3: On the vehicle selection page, you will find the option labeled "Hide on customer portal & website". This setting allows you to control which vehicle groups are visible to customers on your website.

Step 4: Enable this option by clicking the toggle. This will ensure the selected vehicle groups are hidden from the customer portal and website, preventing customers from booking those specific vehicles.

Step 5: Once the option is enabled, click on the "Proceed" button to confirm the change. Then, click on "Update" to save the changes you made to the vehicle group settings.

That's it! You have successfully hidden the selected vehicle group from the customer portal and website, ensuring it will not appear for bookings.
