How to edit email subject lines using the Email Settings?

You can now customize the subject lines of the emails your customers receive. This allows you to personalize your communication and make your brand more engaging. Follow the simple steps below to edit an email subject within the Car and Van Rental Software.

Step 1:
Go to Settings and click on Email Settings. This section allows you to edit the content of the default email templates, including the subject line, message text, and images.

Step 2:
Select the email template you want to update from the list of available templates.

Step 3:
Once you’ve opened the template, find the Email Subject tab. This is where you can make changes to the subject line that customers will see when they receive the email.

Step 4:
Enter your new subject line in the text box provided. Make sure it’s clear, relevant, and aligned with your brand tone.

Step 5:
Click Save to update and apply your new settings.
