Step 1: On the left-hand navigation menu, click on Pricing and then on Subscription Plans on the Car and Van Rental Software.
Step 2: Next, click on the Create button to create a new subscription plan.
Step 3: Enter the Subscription details on this page. Enter the Subscription Name, set the Subscription Rules with insurance and add-ons, add the included features, and finally enter the Subscription terms and conditions.
Step 4: Click on the Save button to save the details and create the subscription.
Step 5: Your Subscription Plan will now be created. In case you'd like to edit this then you can click on the pencil icon.
Step 6: Next, to add a vehicle to this subscription plan, click on Fleet and then Fleet Inventory in the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 7: Click on a vehicle and then click on the Subscription tab.
Step 8: Next, click inside the add subscription box to see the subscription plan that has been created previously.
Step 9: Now click on the subscription plan to open the plan modal window.
Step 10: Next, select the duration, enter the enrollment and subscription amount, and either enter the mileage limit with price per extra mile or select unlimited mileage. Click on the Save Pricing button to continue.
Step 11: This vehicle has now been added to this Subscription plan successfully. In case you'd like to add this vehicle to multiple subscription plans then repeat steps 8-10.
Step 12: Now a subscription plan has been created and also a vehicle has been added to this subscription plan. You're now ready to create a vehicle subscription for your customer from the web app.
Step 13: Click on Bookings in the left-hand navigation menu and then click on the Create button as usual.
Step 14: Select a pick-up location, pick-up date & time, drop-off date & time, monthly rental type, and then click on the 'Search' button as usual.
Step 15: You will see the available vehicle groups. However, now you'll also see additional information on the vehicle group header for the subscription - 'Subscription starts at amount'.
Step 16: To view and compare the rental rate to the subscription rate, click on the black '+' icon.
Step 17: Now, click on the text 'Subscription starts at amount'.
Step 18: You'll now see the price comparison of rental and subscription for this vehicle. Click on the Select button to select a subscription and continue.
Step 19: Review the selected subscription and its details. When ready, click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 20: Go through the add-on selection and customer selection steps as usual, and reach the quote stage to see the following.
Step 21: Click on the 'Pay & Confirm' button to continue and select the relevant payment method to pay and confirm the Subscription. Once this is done, you'll see the Booking Management page as usual with the Subscribed Vehicle Details section.
Step 22: That's it, now you have successfully created a new subscription booking for your customer. Next, use the Coastr for Partners mobile app now to do the vehicle check-out and start the subscription booking as usual.
Step 23: After you have logged in on the mobile app, you will see the dashboard where the subscription booking will be visible.
Step 24: Click on the booking to view the subscription booking summary.
Step 25: To view the subscription details, click on the blue subscription name text. This will bring up a retractable pull-down modal.
Step 26: Next, click on the Start button to begin the vehicle check-out and complete all the checks as usual. Receive the customer's signature and click on the Start Booking button. And that's it, you've successfully completed the vehicle check-out for a subscription booking. You can complete the vehicle check-in as usual when the vehicle is back.
