Step 4: You will see the available add-ons now. These are optional. Click on the 'Continue' button.

Step 5: Search for an existing customer by typing their name or email address in the 'Search for Customer' field. See next step to add a new customer.

Step 6: To add a new customer, click on 'New Customer' and then enter the Customer Details (First Name, Last Name, Postal Address, Phone Number, and Email Address are mandatory. Step 9: A zero-cost quote will now be created. The quote will display a disclaimer that this is a zero-charge booking. You can also add a custom note if required. Click on the 'Confirm' button to continue.

Step 10: Since there is no payment to record, the Quote will now turn into a Confirmed booking and display the Booking Management page. The Booking Summary will show the key booking information. That's it, you have successfully created a zero-cost booking. Use the Coastr for Partners mobile app now to do the vehicle check-out and start the booking as usual.

Step 11: If you open the invoice, the status will display as PAID and it will also show the disclaimer that this is a zero-charge booking. If any custom note was added on the quote then this will also be displayed below the disclaimer on the invoice.
