# How to create a Vehicle Group?
1. On the left-hand side navigation, click on Pricing and then on Group & Price on the Car and Van Management Software.
2. Click on the Create button at the top-right corner on this page.
3. Next, enter a group name.
4. Next, if you have a specific VRN (vehicle registration number) that you'd like to add to this group then enter this VRN in the Search box. This will directly add this VRN to this group.
5. If you want to select vehicles for this group based on Body Type, Color, Fuel Type, Make, Model, Transmission, Year, etc. then just click on the respective filter and check the corresponding box. This will list the vehicle(s) associated with this filter in the left short-listed box, from where you can then click on the + icon next to the VRN to add this vehicle into this group.
6. Once done, scroll down and click on the Proceed button at the bottom-right corner of this page.
7. Click on the Yes or No button as required on the pop-up.
8. Enter the Vehicle Pricing as required. Note: The pricing needs to be excluding VAT/TAX. For the Deposit, no VAT/TAX is calculated. Tick the Unlimited Mileage checkbox if you would like to offer unlimited mileage. Untick this checkbox if you would like to offer a mileage limit and charge the customer for the excess miles. Enter the mileage limit and then the amount you wish to charge per extra distance unit (mile/kilometer) if the mileage limit is exceeded.
9. Upload the Vehicle Group image as required.
10. Scroll down and click on the Save button to save all your changes and create this group.
