Step 1: Click on the Asset tab and select 'Service' on the Car and Van Rental Software.
Step 2: Click 'Create' button
Step 3: Enter the service type(Regular/Emergency/Ad-hoc) as required. Enter the service provider name and address.
Step 4: Now, enter the appointment date/time and estimated complete date/time for the service. Search for the asset for which service is created.
Step 5: Once the asset is selected, all the damages recorded against the asset will appear below. You have an option now to choose the damage for the created service.
Step 6: Finally, enter the total expense and add a description of your choice.
Step 7: Once the details are entered, click 'Save'
Mark scheduled service as 'In-Service' and 'Complete' once completed:
Step 1: Click on the scheduled service for the asset.
Step 2: To mark as In-service turn on the toggle 'In-service'.
Step 3: Click confirm to mark as In-service
Step 4: Now once the service is complete, go to the in-service listing, and click on 'Complete Service' option.
Step 5: Enter the date and time and click confirm to mark the service job as complete.
You can view the service jobs added against each asset in the asset inventory.
That's it! You have successfully added the damage for an asset.
