How to create a custom general and accessories vehicle checklist?

1. Go to Fleet and then click on Vehicle Checklist. 

2. Select the frog diagram of the type of vehicle you want to create the accessories checklist for.

3. Once a frog diagram is selected, the Vehicle General Checks and the Vehicle Accessories Checks will be displayed. 

Some default general checks are available in the Suggested Checks list, which can be selected by clicking on the + icon for the respective check. This will move the respective check into the Selected Checks list. To remove a check from here, click on the - icon for the respective check.

4. If a general check is not available in the Suggested Checks list, then you can create a custom general check by clicking on + Add Custom General Checks in the top-right corner of the page. 

5. Enter a name for the Custom Check. 

6. Once you have entered a name for the custom general check, click on the Add button. 

7. This will add the custom general check to the Selected Checks list. 

8. Next, scroll down the page to see the Vehicle Accessories Checks. 

Some default accessories checks are available in the Suggested Accessories Checks list, which can be selected by clicking on the + icon for the respective check. This will move the respective check into the Selected Accessories Checks list. To remove a check from here, click on the - icon for the respective check. 

9. If an accessories check is not available in the Suggested Accessories Checks list, then you can create a custom accessories check by clicking on + Add Custom Accessories Checks in the top-right corner. 

10. Enter a name for the Custom Check. 

11. Once you have entered a name for the custom accessories check, click on the Add button. 

12. This will add the custom accessories check to the Selected Accessories Checks list. 

13. Next, click on the Save button to save these changes and create the vehicle checklist. 

Now, this checklist will be displayed on the 'Coastr for Partners' mobile app during the check-in/check-out process whenever a vehicle with the selected frog diagram is used for bookings. The checks will appear in the Accessories screen on the 'Coastr for Partners' mobile app as shown below. You can then select either Checked, Missing or n/a for each check and even add/take an image of the accessory by clicking on the camera icon. 

Once the check-in/check-out process is completed on the 'Coastr for Partners' mobile app, the completed checks will be visible on the Vehicle Condition Report which can be viewed by opening the respective booking on the web app and clicking on the ‘eye’ icon on the Booking Management page. 

This will open the Vehicle Condition Report and you can scroll down here to see the details of the checks completed on the 'Coastr for Partners' mobile app during the check-in/check-out process. 

The completed checks will also be visible on the Vehicle State tab of the respective vehicle in the Fleet Inventory since the Vehicle State always reflects the latest state of the vehicle and is updated each time a vehicle is checked-in/checked-out via the 'Coastr for Partners' mobile app.
