How to close a booking from the mobile app?

1. On the bookings tab, you can see all the vehicles going out/returned today. You can use the filters to filter out the vehicles for return. If you want to check-in a vehicle from the past date, click on the 'calendar' icon at the top of the screen to select your desired date on the Car and Van Rental Software.

2. Click on the booking which you want to Check In and click on 'Start'

3. Add any new exterior damages by clicking the ‘New Damage’ button. If there are no damages to record, scroll down and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

4. Next, Add any new interior  damages by clicking the ‘New Damage’ button. If there are no damages to record, scroll down and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

5. Answer questions related to Accessories by clicking Yes/No buttons and you can add any additional information by typing into the ‘Additional Details’ text field.

6. Click on the next button to move on.

7. Enter the  mileage by typing in the odometer reading in the given field. The Odometer Reading you enter here must be higher than the odometer reading you entered when this booking was started. You will be able to see the last reported reading when you enter the wrong reading.

8. Next, choose the fuel amount by selecting from the 1/8th scale dropdown menu. Then, click on the Next button to continue.

9. Click the checkbox to agree with the Terms and Conditions. Type your name into the ‘Customer Name’ text field. Draw your signature within the given space and ensure you click the tick button after.

10. Click on the ‘Save’ button.

11. Finally, click on 'Close Booking' to complete the booking. You have now successfully closed a booking from the mobile app.
