1. On the Coastr website (pricing.coastr.com), select the subscription you wish to choose by clicking on the ‘Start free trial’ button.
2. Review your order details and click on the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button. Next, enter your email address and click on the ‘Next’ button.
3. Enter your account details into the relevant boxes and click on the ‘Next’ button to continue.
4. Enter your billing information and click on the ‘Next’ button to continue.
5. Choose one or more of these options by clicking the toggle button and then click on the ‘Next’ button to continue.
6. Review the Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and then click on the checkboxes to confirm.
7. Click on the ‘Subscribe’ button to continue.
8. That’s it, your 14-day free trial has been confirmed. You should now check your email inbox to see the login details.
9. Open up your email inbox and check if you have received the following 4 emails:-
- The first email will be from Amazon Web Services (our partner) requesting you to verify your email address.
- The second email will be from Coastr Customer Support showing the details that you have shared with us.
- The third email will be from Coastr Support containing the login credentials (username and temporary password), which you will need to use to log in to the Coastr platform at https://tenant.coastr.com/.
- The fourth email will be from Coastr Support welcoming you to Coastr.
10. Clicking the verification link in the Amazon Web Services email is an important step. The link is only valid for 24 hours and expires after that, so it is important you do this within this time.
11. When you click on the link, you will see this page which shows you have successfully verified the email address.
Accessing the Coastr platform
12. This email contains your Username and the Temporary password, which you will need to use to log in to the Coastr platform at https://tenant.coastr.com/.
13. Once you have opened URL on a browser, enter your username and temporary password and click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
14. You will now be prompted to change your temporary password. Please choose a strong new password and make a note of it in case you need to. Once you have entered your chosen password, click on the ‘Change’ button to proceed.
15. You will now be prompted to verify your email address for future account recovery. Select the ‘Email’ radio button and click on the ‘Verify’ button. Now, you will be asked to enter a code which has been sent to your email.
16. An email from Coastr Support regarding this user verification for password change will be sent to your email address and it contains the code that you will need to enter on the website.
17. You have now successfully logged into the Coastr platform and will be able to see that your trial period has started and the date it ends. You can also click there to upgrade your plan.
