How to replace a vehicle without updating the booking?

Note: This feature will only be available on confirmed bookings. You can now replace vehicle without updating the booking.

Step 1: Click on bookings, and select the booking which you would like to replace the vehicle for on Coastr Car and Van Hire Software.

Step 2: Click on ‘Assign Vehicle’ option on the booking management page.

Step 3: On the vehicle replacement window that appears, enter the vehicle number which you would like to replace, and select if you would like to replace it with a vehicle in the same group or different group.

Step 4: Click on ‘Assign’. You will now have replaced a vehicle on a confirmed booking, without updating the booking.
