How to capture signatures for an Additional Driver?

Step 1: During the checkout process on the Coastr for Partners mobile application, select the booking that includes an additional driver. This will allow you to capture the additional driver’s signature as part of the booking process.

Step 2: Click on the Capture button next to the Additional Driver Signature option. This will open the signature capture screen for the additional driver.

Step 3: Select the relevant driver details from the available list to record the signature. Ensure you select the correct driver associated with the booking to avoid any confusion.

Step 4: Record the answers to the booking questions and have the driver sign on the screen. Afterward, click Save to store the signature. Each driver can individually answer the questions and provide their signature separately.

Step 5: Once the signature is saved, the additional driver’s details, including their signature and responses, are securely stored in the system.

That's it! You've successfully captured the additional driver’s signature using the mobile app. This ensures all required documentation is complete and up to date.
