      How to cancel a booking?

      1. Select 'Bookings' from the left side menu.

      2. Select a booking that you want to cancel or terminate early.

      3. Select the 'CANCEL' button to terminate the booking earlier than intended.

      4. Select 'CONFIRM' to cancel the chosen booking.

      5. Enter a refund amount if customer requires, and select 'PROCEED' to continue.

      6. The booking has now been successfully cancelled and the booking status is also updated.
