How to auto-renew a Flex booking?

Flex bookings can be now auto-renewed, the Flex bookings in progress will be automatically extended if the booking is not completed on the end date.

Note: Enabling this option will automatically renew the booking and generate a new invoice based on the selected duration. For example, if an invoice is originally created for one month, the system will automatically create a new invoice for an additional month upon renewal.

Step 1: Go to the bookings and create a booking on the Car and Van rental software.

Step 2: Enter the booking details such as pickup location, date/time, customer type

Step 3: Select Flex option.

Step 4: Once the Flex option is selected, the 'Auto Renew' option appears automatically.

Step 5: If you would like to auto-renew your booking, select this option and proceed with the normal booking flow.

Alternatively, you can mark a Flex Booking as auto-renew directly from the Booking Management page. Additionally, if needed, you can enable the toggle to send an email notification when the booking is automatically extended.

That's it! You have successfully created a Flex booking, which is auto-renewed, once the end date is complete. An email will be sent to the customer automatically on this occation.
