How to add vehicle size for a fleet in inventory?

You can now include vehicle sizes for each vehicle in the fleet inventory.

To assign a vehicle size in the Car and Van Hire Software, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Log into the platform and click on the Fleet tab in the main navigation menu. From the dropdown, select Fleet Inventory.

Step 2:
Browse through your list of vehicles and select the one you wish to update with a size category.

Step 3:
Once inside the vehicle's details page, look for the option that allows you to edit or add the Vehicle Size.

Step 4:
Click on the dropdown menu provided. You’ll see a list of vehicle size options to choose from, including:

              SWB (Short Wheelbase)

             MWB (Medium Wheelbase)

             LWB (Long Wheelbase)

             XLWB (Extra Long Wheelbase)

Step 5:
Click on the option that best represents the vehicle’s size.

Step 6:
After making your selection, click the Save button to update and apply the changes.

That's it! You have successfully assigned vehicle sizes to your fleet. You can repeat the steps for other vehicles in your inventory
