How to add the ACRISS code for a vehicle group?

You can now add ACRISS code for a vehicle group. Please follow the below steps to apply this.

Step 1: Go to the Pricing tab and select Group and Price on the Car and Van rental software.

Step 2: Select the specific vehicle group you would like to add the ACRISS code for. Make sure to choose the correct category to ensure accuracy in pricing and vehicle identification.

Step 3: Once you’ve selected the group, locate the box for ACRISS code at the top of the screen. This is where you will enter the necessary code for that vehicle group.

Step 4: Enter the desired ACRISS code into the provided box. This code is crucial for correctly categorizing the vehicle type and ensuring smooth booking for your customers. The ACRISS code typically consists of a 4-character code that classifies the car type, model, and features.

Step 5: After entering the code, click Proceed to confirm your changes and move forward with the process.

Step 6: To save and update your changes, click on the Update option. This will ensure that the ACRISS code is saved correctly and associated with the selected vehicle group.
