How to add organisation cancellation charges and refund rules?

Step 1 : From the left-hand side dashboard, click on Settings, then select Organisation within the Car and Van rental software.

Step 2 : If multiple organisations are listed, choose the relevant one. This will open the Organisation Settings page.

Step 3 : At the top of the page, click on the Cancellation Policy tab to access the policy configuration.

Step 4 : Select the specific area where the cancellation rule should be applied. You can choose from the following options:

• Add-ons
• Rental Amount
• Location Surcharge
• Insurance
• Protection Plan
  

Step 5 : After selecting the area, input the cancellation parameters, such as the number of days or hours before cancellation and the corresponding percentage fee. You can add multiple rules.

Step 6 : Finally, press SAVE to apply and store your cancellation policy settings.
