How to add or update the Company details in Settings?

Updating registration number and VAT details of the Company

Step 1: On the left-hand navigation menu, click on Settings, then select Organisation in the Car and Van Rental Software. This will open the organisation settings section.

Step 2: Next, locate and click on the relevant Organisation Name to access the details of the organisation you wish to update.

Step 3: Once you’re on the correct organisation page, enter or update the VAT Number and/or the Company Registration Number as needed. These fields are essential for maintaining accurate records and compliance.

Step 4: After entering or updating the necessary details, click on the 'Save' button to save the changes. This ensures that the new information is stored in the system.

Step 5: That’s it! You’ve successfully added or updated the VAT Number and Company Registration Number in the organisation settings. The changes will now be reflected in your account.
