Step 1. Select 'Settings' from the left side menu of the Car and Van Rental Software. From the dropdown, choose 'Organisation' to access the organisation management section.
Step 2. To add a new organisation, click the 'CREATE' button. If you want to update the details of an existing organisation, simply click on the name of the organisation you wish to modify.
Step 3. Review or enter all required details for the organisation manually. Make sure to complete all necessary fields, including the organisation name, address, contact details, and any other relevant information. After filling in the details, click on 'SAVE' to store the changes.
Step 4. Once you've clicked 'SAVE', the new organisation will be created, or the existing organisation will be updated with the changes you’ve made. You’ll see a confirmation that the action was successful.
Step 5. A verification email will be sent to the provided email address by Amazon Web Services. To complete the process, you must authorize the email address by clicking on the verification link within the email. This step is necessary to finalize the creation or update of the organisation.
