How to add an new driver to a business customer?

Add approved driver to an existing business customer.

Step 1: On the left-hand side navigation menu, click on Customers and then Business on the Car and Van Rental Software.

Step 2: Now, click on the Business Customer name from the list for which you'd like to add an approved driver.

Step 3: Next, open the Approved Drivers tab by clicking on it.

Step 4: Here, you can add new approved drivers for this business customer and also view or update details for the existing approved drivers.

Step 5: To add a new approved driver, fill out the mandatory details (first name, last name, email, phone number) and then click on the Add button.

Step 6: Once the Add button is clicked, this will be added and will be visible in the 'Current Approved Drivers' list below.

Step 7: To edit or update details for this approved driver, click on the selection box against the approved driver and then click on the Update button.

Step 8: Once any details are modified/updated, click on the Save button to save the changes.

Step 9: You will then see a green snack bar message on top saying 'Business Customer Driver updated'. 

Step 10: Now this approved driver will be available for selection from the Add Driver dropdown under the Driver Information section on the Booking Management page of a business customer booking.
