How to add an additional driver to an In-Progress booking?

Pre-requisite: Make sure the default Additional Driver add-on is activated in the Add-on Settings.

1. On the left-hand side navigation menu, click on Bookings and then open the relevant In-Progress booking for which you'd like to add an additional driver.

2. This will open the Booking Management page, here, scroll down to the Driver section and click on the 'Add New' button. 

3. Next, click on the ‘+ Add New Driver’ text. 

4. Next, enter the details of the Additional Driver (all fields are mandatory). 

5. After entering the Additional Driver's details, click on the 'Save New Driver' button. 

6. The Additional Driver will now be added to the booking and displayed under the Driver Information section. The Rental Agreement will also be updated automatically with the Additional Driver's details in the Driver Section. 

7. If you'd like to remove this driver then click on the 'X' icon next to the licence image. 

8. If you'd like to add another additional driver then follow steps 2-6 again. 

Note: When an additional driver is added in this way, you're essentially selecting an add-on on the booking and therefore this will create a sundry invoice with the additional driver's add-on charges. You can always edit this invoice by opening it or voiding it in case it is not required.
