How to add a virtual vehicle?

Rental operators can add a virtual vehicle to create new bookings even if the vehicle is not present at the time of bookings.

Step 1: Click on the Organisation Name in your car rental management system to open the Organisation Structure.

Step 2: Click on the Branch tab and then scroll down to select the branch and click on the Update button.

Step 9: This virtual vehicle will now be added to this branch's fleet inventory with a unique virtual vehicle registration.

Step 10: Next, you can go and create a booking as usual from the Bookings menu.

note: You'll not be able to complete the vehicle check-out on the Coastr for Partners mobile app for a booking with a virtual vehicle. Therefore, you'll either need to eventually add a physical vehicle to the Fleet Inventory and then update such bookings with the physical vehicle or any other existing vehicle to be able to fulfil the booking.
