      How to access the Help Centre from the Coastr for Partners mobile app?

      1. Open the Coastr for Partners mobile app and login with your credentials if you’re not already logged in.

      2. Click on Account at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

      3. Click on Help and you will be taken to the help centre.

      4. This is the Coastr Help Centre. You can now search for a question in the search bar or you can also scroll down the page to see our How to Guides, Information on 3rd Party Integrations, FAQs (frequently asked questions) and our How to Videos. 

      5. These are the various sections we have where you can go and view numerous step-by-step guides on how to use the Coastr platform or you can watch the How to Videos to get some visual help! 

      6. You can also click on the Text Chat icon in blue in the bottom-right corner where you can chat and ask a question to our colleagues in the Coastr Support Live Chat.

      7. You can enter your question in the chat box in the bottom of the screen where it says ‘Write a message’ and click on the arrow icon next to it to send the message to us.
