How can a customer request for their account deletion?

Step 1: Open the customer mobile app and navigate to the Account page. This is where you can manage all your account settings.

Step 2: Scroll down until you find the Delete Account button located below the Sign Out button.

Step 3: Click on the Delete Account button, and a confirmation message will appear, asking, "Are you sure you want to proceed to delete your account?"

Step 4: To continue, click on the OK button to confirm your decision.

Step 5: The app will now check the system to ensure all necessary conditions are met for account deletion. If these conditions are fulfilled, they will be highlighted in green, and you will see the Initiate Deletion button.

Step 6: Click on the Initiate Deletion button to proceed with the account deletion process.

Step 7: Once the deletion process is complete, your account will be permanently deleted, and you will be signed out of the app. After this, you will no longer be able to log in to the account.

These steps ensure a secure deletion of your account, making sure that all conditions are met before the process is finalized.
