How can a customer request for their account deletion from the customer mobile app?

Step 1: On the customer mobile app, go to the Account page. 

Step 2: Scroll down to see the Delete Account button below the Sign Out button. 

Step 3: Click on this button to then see the confirmation message asking "Are you sure you want to proceed to delete your account?". 

Step 4: Click on the Ok button to continue. 

Step 5: The app will check the system for certain conditions and if these are met then the screen will show the conditions marked in green and an Initiate Deletion button. 

Step 6: Click on this button to continue. 

Step 7: The account will now be deleted and the user will be signed out. The user will then not be able to log in again.
