Rental Operators can now save card details to automatically record payments for long-term (weekly/monthly) bookings that generate recurring invoices on the Car and Van Management Software.
Step 1: Create a long-term booking (weekly/monthly) booking
Step 2: Once you click on the Pay & Confirm button on the quote, you'll be taken to the Payment page where you must select Card and then Stripe.
Step 3: Click the check box for saving card details
Step 4: Enter card details as usual
Step 5: Once payment is successful, you'll be taken to the Booking Management page and the booking will be confirmed
Step 6: All future recurring invoices that are generated (either weekly or monthly depending on the Rental Type option chosen) will be automatically paid using the saved card details
