# How to add PO number for business customer?
1. To add **'Purchase Order' number**, go to Bookings and click on an existing Quote created for a business customer or create a new quote using the Create button for a Business Customer on the Car and Van Management Software
2. Once the Quote is created or you have opened an existing one, click on the pencil icon next to PO Number and add the PO number. This field is not mandatory.
3. Click on the tick once you have entered the PO number to save it.
4. That’s it, the PO number will now be saved to the quote. You can send the Quote via email or download it. Once the quote/booking has been confirmed, the PO Number will be shown everywhere - Booking Management page, Booking Confirmation email, Rental Agreement and Invoice and will not be editable.
