How to Add Notes to a 'Vehicle on Hold' in Coastr's Scheduler

Step 1: Open the Vehicle Scheduler and create a vehicle hold event as normal.

Step 2: On the Hold Summary window, you'll see the Notes section.

Step 3: Add a note by entering text in the text box and click on the Save button to save the note to this vehicle hold.

Step 4: Once the note is saved, it will be visible on the Hold event along with details of the date, time, and whom the note was created by.

More notes can be added similarly to the same hold event and they will all display one below the other. Once the vehicle hold is removed, all notes will be removed/deleted automatically.
